  • Painting Workshop

The ArtLink Generations Painting Workshop is a joyful, hands-on art experience designed to engage seniors in creative expression, cognitive stimulation, and meaningful connection. This workshop brings together older adults, youth volunteers, and sometimes family members for an uplifting session of painting, storytelling, and shared artistry.

  • Memory Collage Workshop

In this gentle and inspiring workshop, participants are guided through a calming visualization exercise to awaken meaningful memories—like a place of safety, a moment of joy, or a childhood experience. These memories are then brought to life through a hands-on collage activity using colorful materials like magazines, fabric, stickers, and drawings.

This class is designed to support cognitive wellness, emotional expression, and intergenerational bonding. Seniors and youth participants work side by side or in pairs to share stories, reflect on their lives, and create beautiful, meaningful art that captures their personal histories.

  • Clay Sculpting Workshop

Clay offers a deeply therapeutic experience—strengthening fine motor skills, enhancing focus and patience, and encouraging sensory exploration. Whether you're rolling, pinching, or carving, each movement is a gentle act of creativity and self-care.

Participants are guided through step-by-step demonstrations and offered personal encouragement as they explore different textures, shapes, and themes. Throughout the session, conversation is encouraged—stories often emerge as the hands remember what the heart holds.
